James Kerr Senior Counsel and DPO for EMEA and APAC James is a senior counsel at MediaMath and is Data Protection Officer for the EMEA and APAC regions. James is a qualified solicitor and practices in England & Wales, also being on the solicitors roll in Ireland. James has a background in technology, having led outsourcing projects both private and public sector, and both client and supplier side. James is responsible for privacy aspects in MediaMath’s client, partner and supplier engagements as well as ensuring MediaMath’s compliance with privacy laws.
